A permanent exhibition displays the history of 60 years of the old pavilion of World Expo 1958. In current times, it has become one of the vibrant symbols of Belgium and Brussels. Since July 2020, the permanent exhibition consists of a recreated model of the 1958 expo developed by Etienne Tollenaere. It has three levels portraying different aspects of Belgium's history. The levels consist of a variety of archived documents, photographs, videos, etc offering visitors a prestigious experience.
The temporary exhibition, exclusively known as a symbol of digital creation houses two exhibitions in itself namely 'ID#2021' and 'View from My Window. It also has visual systems connecting the natural environment with its reality specially designed for you.
Atomium Brussels has the most unique interior architecture in the world. Just like a science-fiction film, you will feel like walking through space once you enter this place because of the display of atoms in the iron crystal. Its framework is made up of stainless steel cupolas and metal frames and paves the way to escalators. This extraordinary work of art was designed by engineer Andre Waterkeyn.
Located in the upper sphere of the building i.e 92m altitude, Panorama offers the most magnificent view in Brussels. Its 360° vistas cover a total of nineteen municipalities. One can easily reach the high-heightened top with a lift and enjoy this scenic view. You can also visit spaces around it to rent and spend loving and cherishing time with your near and dear ones.
